Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic transit times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items purchased directly from our website, provided they are in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I clean and maintain my Chrome bag?
For most of our bags, we recommend spot cleaning with cold water and a mild detergent. Do not machine wash or put your bag in the dryer, as this can damage the waterproof liners and hardware.
